Dynamic Brisbane duo launch RWC Gateway
After working together for almost a decade, commercial real estate team Jared Doyle and Jack Gwyn have taken their business to the next level, opening RWC Gateway.
Ray White Commercial South Sydney’s John Skufris and Peter Kotzias are marketing 368 Abercrombie Street, Darlington, a mixed-use building in an established inner-city education precinct, on behalf of a private owner.
Situated near Redfern Station at the corner of Codrington Street, the ground-level Buon Gusto Italian Restaurant has been operating for more than 35 years.
The upper level provides residential accommodation with the potential for further development — including an extra level — subject to council approval.
“The building has three street frontages and is in close walking distance to Carriageworks and Newtown’s King Street shops,” Mr Skufris says.
Mr Kotzias says: “Other features include the oversized outdoor terrace plus on-site parking in an area with historical demand for student accommodation”.
The asking price for the property, which is on a 185sqm site, is $2.95 million.
The University of Sydney Business School and the circa-1894 Royal Hotel are both located opposite the site.
