Law Firms on the Move in Sydney CBD
Law firms have been busy securing new Sydney CBD office rental accommodation particularly in the corridor between Town Hall and Hyde Park.
Go To Court Lawyers is the latest legal firm to secure its new Sydney office having just leased approximately 151 sqm including an enclosed balcony at Level 17, 327 – 329 Pitt Street, Sydney, through Ray White Commercial South Sydney’s John Skufris.
The firm is opening in the Sydney CBD after establishing other offices in Liverpool, Newcastle and Brisbane.
“The property was owner occupied by financial services group Capkon Investments which relocated to the inner west,” John Skufris said.
John Skufris said there had been strong interest in the Pitt St office suite from law firms based outside the Sydney CBD.
“Three out of every four prospects who inspected 327 – 329 Pitt St were law firms who mostly were located outside of the CBD,” he said.
John Skufris said other legal firms had recently taken up Sydney CBD office space.
“Watsons Solicitors & Barristers recently moved to 104.70 sqm at Level 2, 251 – 253 Elizabeth St and Honour Legal leased 106.70 sqm at Level 5, 104 Bathurst Street. Both options provided existing fit outs.”
Go To Court Lawyers has taken out a five year lease at an initial gross rental of $80,000 per annum.
