International student education provider Nortwest Pty Ltd has secured office space at Bondi Junction in Sydney’s east for its latest campus.
Nortwest has leased the final remaining office space at a mixed-use development at 95-97 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial South Sydney’s John Skufris on behalf of Australia’s largest apartment developer Meriton.
Nortwest, which has two campuses in the Sydney CBD and one at Brookvale on the northern beaches, has secured 322 sqm with existing fit out at Level 2, 95-97 Grafton St, Bondi Junction.
John Skufris said: “The building comprises multiple levels of commercial office space above rail and bus interchanges and is opposite Westfield.”
The initial gross rental is approximately $180,000 per annum including parking and the lease term is 5 + 5 years.
