Retail tenancies of approximately 95sq m-135sq m in one of Sydney’s first high-rise apartment buildings are now available for lease in The Connaught building.

Shop one and shop three at 185-211 Liverpool Street are situated directly opposite Hyde Park, and are currently being marketed for lease by John Skufris of Ray White Commercial South Sydney, on behalf of a private owner.

The Connaught is at the prominent intersection of Liverpool Street and Wentworth Avenue with circa 239 residential units above, and former residents reportedly include Michael Hutchence and Kylie Minogue.

“185-211 Liverpool Street is only about 100 metres from Museum Station with good pedestrian traffic through to Oxford Street and across to Hyde Park,” Mr Skufris said.
