TWO adjoining strata office suites in Sydney’s midtown precinct have recently been purchased by financial services firms.
Suite 10.01 and Suite 10.02 on Level 10 at 309 Pitt Street were sold by John Skufris from Ray White Commercial South Sydney on behalf of a private owner for $13,200psqm respectively.
Suite 10.01 comprising 70sq m* sold for $924,000 and Suite 10.02 comprising 54sq m* sold for $712,800 as both offices were purchased by owner-occupiers.
“These suites were partitioned and offered views across to Town Hall and St Andrew’s Cathedral. The latter was renovated with new paint, lighting, and carpet tiles throughout,” Mr Skufris said.
309 Pitt Street is a 14-storey office building situated between Park Street and Bathurst Street with excellent proximity to Town Hall QVB and The Galeries Victoria.
