Ericom Gets Wired at Lawson Square
Leading business communications provider Ericom has moved its head office to Lawson Square at Redfern in inner Sydney through Ray White Commercial.
Ericom, which designs, delivers and supports IT and communications to a wide range of clients, has leased Level 6, Tower 1, Lawson Square, Redfern, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial South Sydney’s John Skufris on behalf of a private owner.
John Skufris said Ericom is relocating its head office from premises in nearby Alexandria and has leased approximately 433 sqm of office space with existing fit-out on Level 6.
”Ericom had a preference for cabled, fitted and furnished space with access to parking and good proximity to the Illawarra rail line for their staff,” John Skufris said.
“1 Lawson Square is ideally situated opposite Redfern Station and offers outstanding city and district views from multiple sides. The building has been earmarked for future development with three year lease terms certain.”
John Skufris said the Lawson Square tenancy was keenly sought after with three formal offers to the lessor.
Ericom has taken out a three year lease for gross rental of $147,220 per annum
