Eighty–Eight Kensington by Luxcon now leasing and selling

The remaining commercial areas at Luxcon’s Eighty–Eight Kensington are now available for both lease and sale in NSW.

Eighty-Eight Kensington, located at 84-108 Anzac Parade, is a brand new mixed-use development central to Centennial Park, Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park Golf Club, SCG, Uiversity of NSW and Randwick Racecourse.

It comprises of 126 residential apartments, up to five retail/office tenancies including medico and gym, plus ample on-site customer parking.

The project was designed by MKD Architects and constructed by TQM, with asking rents from $650 psm p.a. Net.

Ray White Commercial South Sydney’s John Skufris and Alex Santelli are the marketing agents on behalf of Luxcon.

“Anytime Fitness secured a 10-year lease with options for a 550sq m tenancy known as Lot 3 which is now available for sale. The net rental is approximately $245,000 p.a.” Mr Skufris said.

“Each tenancy provides floor to ceiling glass frontages soaring over five metres to Anzac Parade and will be convenient to the light rail upon its completion,” Mr Santelli said.

“The medical centre tenancy known as Lot 1 has already been sold.”
