Company Director House Strata Sold for $4,175,000
Accord Pacific Resorts, part of Singapore’s Lian Huat Group, has sold its remaining property at the Company Director House building in Sydney’s CBD.
The property, a fully leased strata floor of 692 sqm located at Level 4, 71 York Street, Sydney, was sold off market for $4,175,000 to a confidential owner occupier based in Bondi Junction.
The sale was handled by Ray White Commercial South Sydney’s John Skufris and Will Mulvihill from Henderson & Horning on behalf of Accord Pacific Resorts.
John Skufris said: “The property was fully leased, although the timing of the lease expiries suited the purchasers as eventual owner occupiers.”
Mr Mulvihill said: “Level 4, 71 York Street is subdivided into two tenancies of approximately 300 sqm each and even offered the ability to occupy one tenancy and receive a rental income from the other.”.
71 York Street was built around 1888. The heritage building is classified by the National Trust and was designed by Thomas Rowe, one of Australia’s leading architects particularly of the Victorian era.
