Dynamic Brisbane duo launch RWC Gateway
After working together for almost a decade, commercial real estate team Jared Doyle and Jack Gwyn have taken their business to the next level, opening RWC Gateway.
The former headquarters of Sydney’s biggest stamp, coin and militaria business is available for lease.
Ray White Commercial South Sydney’s John Skufris is marketing 262 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, on behalf of The Returned and Services League of Australia (NSW Branch).
The three levels of contiguous office space totalling 705sqm was previously occupied by Status International, an auction house which deals in stamps, covers, coins, banknotes, medals, militaria and other collectibles, according to its website.
The business was established in the 1970s and has relocated to Forest Lodge.
Mr Skufris says: “The building is close walking distance to both Town Hall and Museum stations with new paint and carpet throughout. It is ideal for short-term leases and project space requirements”.
Each whole floor is approximately 235sqm with existing fit-outs in place and rents starting from $350 per square metre — or $82,250 — per annum.
Mr Skufris says the offices, which have new carpets and paint throughout, are suitable for project space.
