Captain Cook Institute Moves
Captain Cook Institute Pty Limited has secured new commercial premises for vocational education in a privately owned building on Liverpool Street in the Sydney CBD.
The firm leased approximately 250 sqm at Level 1, 76 – 78 Liverpool Street, Sydney, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial South Sydney’s John Skufris on behalf of Acepal Investments.
John Skufris said this latest lease coincides with the upgrade of the building’s ground floor, including the recent opening of the new BBQ King restaurant.
“The restaurant recently relocated from Goulburn St after a substantial fit out in the Liverpool St property over multiple levels,” he said.
Captain Cook Institute has taken out a three year lease at an initial gross rental of $340 per sqm per annum.
