Accounting Firm Snares Sydney CBD Office with Hyde Park Views
Accounting and advisory firm, Katos Associates, has leased office space in the Sydney CBD overlooking Hyde Park.
The firm has secured 115 sqm of office space at Level 9/276 Pitt Street, Sydney, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial South Sydney’s John Skufris on behalf of a private owner.
“The property offered an existing fit out ideal for an accounting or legal firm, modern lobby and the availability of basement parking,” John Skufris said.
John Skufris said the building, located in Sydney’s midtown precinct close to Town Hall, Queen Victoria Building and opposite 321 Pitt Street, was leased off market.
Separately, John Skufris said the Sydney representative office for Global IME Bank recently committed to new premises at Level 6, 321 Pitt Street for two years at an initial gross rental of $540 per sqm per annum gross.
Katos Associates has taken out a three year lease at 9/276 Pitt St a gross rental of $560 per sqm per annum.
