The International Business Centre is a 2 level walk up office building located at the Australian Technology Park, South Eveleigh adjacent to Redfern station and circa. 3.3kms from the Sydney CBD. It is a proven location for technology tenants with on – site facilities including furnished boardroom, tea rooms, shower and limited parking with recently upgraded pedestrian thoroughfare providing accessibility from the exits of Redfern station to the building.

An established education provider relinquished several office suites ranging from 30sqm – 130sqm by consolidating to an existing campus also at South Eveleigh in August 2019. The Landlord has since actively sought replacement tenants preferably on a short term basis.
