Fast, Fit and Healthy on Hunter Street
Fast growing fitness and functional training group F45 has secured its latest Sydney CBD location.
F45 has leased approximately 201.50 sqm at Level 2, 19 – 21 Hunter Street, Sydney, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial South Sydney’s John Skufris on behalf of hotel developers Megaboom Holdings.
Previously the State Bank Chambers property, 19 – 21 Hunter Street is a four-storey building situated about 100 metres from Wynyard. Other tenants in the building include Life & Balance and Vision Personal Training.
John Skufris said: “The building’s ‘fit and healthy’ tenant mix attracted interest from other fitness, training and wellbeing groups. This equated to more than 80 per cent of all prospects who inspected the property”.
19 – 21 Hunter Street offers whole floor tenancies with two sides of natural light and the availability of after hour access for early morning, late evening and weekend training.
The initial gross rental for F45 is $90,000 per annum and the lease term is five years
