Doughboy Pizza is set to open in a two storey freehold building with rear parking in inner suburban Surry Hills in Sydney.
The franchise store has leased 620 Crown Street, Surry Hills, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial South Sydney’s John Skufris on behalf of the Rose family.
“620 Crown Street is situated in an established retail precinct between Cleveland Street and Devonshire Street close to the Surry Hills Shopping Village and opposite, ANZ, Westpac and Nando’s,” Mr Skufris said.
“The building has been occupied more recently by Stix Desserts.”
The operators of Doughboy Pizza at Surry Hills have taken out a five year lease at an initial gross rental of $61,500 per annum.
